No, we do not offer worldwide shipping, UK only.
What Are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 – 7 days, costing a flat rate of £4.99
Orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery, and larger orders may ship via Evri, Yodel or DHL.
Note: Shipping is only during working days, which exclude Saturday and Sunday.
Once shipped, we rely on the courier for timely delivery, and we are not responsible for delays due to courier services. The courier will deliver to the specified address only, and will not leave the item with a neighbour.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card with details to arrange redelivery. You will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details once your order is shipped.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided at checkout. Ameerah Abayas is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address details.
Return Policy
- Responsibility for Costs: Customers pay return delivery costs unless the item is faulty.
- Cancellation: If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund (including delivery charges) will be given.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in undamaged, sealable condition with original packaging and tags within 14 days of receipt.
- Exceptions: Worn, used, washed, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Fill Out Form: Use the enclosed ‘Returns Form’ or contact enquiries@ameerahabays.com if lost.
- Repackage: Seal the item properly.
- Send: Use a Post Office or courier, and keep the receipt for proof. Trackable delivery is recommended.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt, to the original payment method. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear.
Exchange Policy
- Process: Return the item using the return process and place a new order.
- Defective Items: If an item is defective, you’ll be notified within 14 days of inspection. Defective items will be replaced or refunded, including return costs.
- Re-postage Fee: For exchanges, a re-postage fee applies unless the fault is ours.
- International Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all delivery costs, including re-postage.
Notes
- Items are the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
- Discounts or promotions may be reversed if the remaining order value doesn’t meet criteria.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
